Exclusion of Press and Public

To consider excluding the public and press from the meeting during consideration Appendices 2,3,4, and 5 of agenda item 6, annex A of agenda item 7, and Appendix 1 of agenda item 8 on the grounds that they contain information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information). This information is classed as exempt under Paragraphs 3 of Schedule 12A to Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended by the Local Government (Access to information) (Variation) Order 2006.
